Terms of Service

By using getreach you accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, do not use the service. The service is operated by Getreach Limited, Dimotikis Agoras 20, 6021 Larnaca, Cyprus (“getreach”, “we”).

getreach is a marketplace for purchasing backlink placements from third-party publishers. We facilitate ordering, content production, publisher communication and fulfilment. We do not own or operate publisher websites.

You are responsible for the security of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Accurate information is required. You must be at least 18 years old and authorised to act on behalf of any business you represent.

Each order consists of two components, both shown clearly before you confirm:

(a) Publisher price — the wholesale rate the publisher sets for the placement. This is the rate we pay the publisher on your behalf, displayed transparently in the marketplace.
(b) getreach flat fee — a fixed $79 per backlink that covers our service, content production and publisher coordination (subject to the inclusions in section 5).

Optional subscription plans waive the flat fee on a set number of links per period in exchange for a periodic payment. The plan terms displayed at checkout govern.

Payment is taken at order time. Prices may change; the price displayed at the moment of order is what you pay. Applicable taxes are added separately where required by law.

Content (article). An on-topic article of up to 600 words is included on every order. Word counts above 600 are billed at a transparent per-word rate, shown to you before you confirm.

Publisher coordination. Briefing, communication, revisions, placement and proof of publication.

Not included by default. Custom images, infographics, video, and any other non-text media are charged separately as add-ons, with each add-on price disclosed before checkout. Publisher-specific surcharges (e.g. a publisher who requires a longer minimum word count) are also disclosed upfront.

New accounts get their first backlink placement’s flat fee waived (you still pay the publisher price and any disclosed add-ons). One waiver per business entity.

Each publisher commits to a specific runtime — typically 12 months, 24 months or lifetime. The runtime that applies to your order is shown on the publisher’s listing and is part of the order you confirm. Within that period, if the publisher takes the link down or removes the placement, we will replace it with an equivalent placement or refund the publisher price paid (your choice).

Lifetime placements.For listings marked as “lifetime”, we honour the lifetime commitment to the extent that the publisher does. Because we cannot control if a publisher sells, shuts down or otherwise discontinues their website, getreach’s own guarantee on lifetime listings is 12 months from publication. Beyond 12 months we will still pursue replacement or refund with the publisher in good faith, but cannot guarantee an outcome.

You must not order placements that promote illegal content, misinformation, hate, malware or fraud, or that violate any third party’s rights. Publishers may decline orders at their discretion. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these Terms.

You are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the briefing and target URLs you provide. We will produce reasonable content based on your brief, and you will have the opportunity to review and request revisions before publication. Final placement is subject to the publisher’s editorial discretion.

The publisher price is refundable if a placement is not delivered as agreed within the runtime described in section 7. The getreach flat fee is refundable only if you cancel the order before content production has started.

If you believe a placement was not delivered as agreed, contact support@getreach.com within 30 days of the issue and we will work with the publisher on a fix, replacement or refund as outlined above.

Backlinks are one of many ranking factors. We do not guarantee any specific search-engine rankings, traffic increases or other SEO outcomes. We make reasonable efforts to vet publishers, but search engines independently determine how links are evaluated.

You retain rights to your trademarks, target URLs and any content you supply. By submitting content for a placement, you grant the publisher and us a non-exclusive licence to use it for that placement. getreach’s brand, platform and software remain our property.

The service is provided “as is”. We disclaim implied warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law. We do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or any specific business outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of the Terms is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms, with notice where reasonably possible. Refunds on termination follow the rules in sections 7 and 10.

If you participate in the affiliate program, the on-page program rules at the time you refer apply (commission percentages, qualification thresholds and earnings tiers). Commissions are paid on the fee component of qualifying orders by referred users, not on the publisher-price component, unless stated otherwise. Fraudulent referrals are disqualified.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus. Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Larnaca, Cyprus.

We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email and through the dashboard. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
