Account data. Email, name, company, payment details, and any data you enter into your account.

Usage data. How you use the marketplace — pages visited, orders placed, filters applied. Tracked to improve the product.

Device & log data. IP address, browser, OS, timestamps. Collected automatically for security and diagnostics.

To provide and operate the marketplace; process orders and payments; communicate with you (order updates, support, occasional product announcements); detect and prevent abuse; meet legal obligations; and improve the service.

We share data only with: (a) publishers when needed to fulfil an order (e.g. content briefing); (b) processors who provide infrastructure (hosting, email, payments, analytics) under contract; (c) legal authorities if required by law.

We do not sell your personal data.

Some of our processors operate outside the EU/EEA. When data is transferred, we rely on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) or equivalent safeguards.

We keep account data for as long as your account is active and for the period required by tax and commercial law afterwards. Usage data is kept for up to 24 months, log data for up to 90 days.

Under the GDPR (and comparable laws) you have the right to: access your data, correct inaccuracies, delete data, restrict processing, object to processing, and receive a copy of your data in a portable format. Email support@getreach.com to exercise these rights. You may also lodge a complaint with your data-protection authority.

We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest, plus access controls and regular reviews. No system is perfectly secure — if we learn of a breach affecting you, we will notify you in accordance with the law.

We use a minimal set of cookies to keep you signed in, remember your preferences, and understand product usage. You can manage cookies in your browser; required cookies may be necessary for the service to work.

Analytics (PostHog). We use PostHog, a product analytics service provided by PostHog, Inc., to understand how our product is used — for example pages visited, features used, device and browser information, and an approximate location derived from your IP address. We use this information solely to improve our service; it is not used for advertising and is never sold. PostHog may set cookies or use similar technologies for this purpose and processes this data on our behalf under contract, exclusively on servers located in the European Union (PostHog EU Cloud). getreach is a business product not directed at children under 16. If you believe we hold data on a child, contact us and we will remove it.

We’ll update this policy when we change how we handle data. The “Last updated” date above reflects the latest revision. Material changes will be communicated by email.
